ED cars take forever... and I was dumb enough to go for a Performance Delivery Center pick up too! (Ughhhh.. I ordered my car on April fools day...

Hopefully today or tomorrow I'll get a call with a PDC date. My car cleared customs, and was at the VPC yesterday (not having anything installed there either).. so fingers crossed all day.

So basically my car is ready for pickup by my dealer isnt in today. Another issue is that my dad is on the title as well because I am still on his insurance and he is on vacation and I cant pick it up without his signature. I suggested faxing the paper to him and he can sign and fax back, but my dealer doesnt know if he can do that. Does anyone know of a way around this?

You guys are lucky.......I will call my CA tomorrow since he told me Friday would be the day, but then again he never bothered to call me or email me to give me any updates, so my car might be sitting on the lot for all i know.

Anyway congrats to anyone who has a confirmed pickup date

I called the 1800 number at 9am and it said "In transit" then around 10am I called the dealer and as I was speaking to him he said it was rolling off the truck.

I was just checking my dealer's online inventory and my car's VIN showed up. Do customer ordered cars supposed to show up on the inventory?

took delivery this morning

no funny business, no surprises, got the flashlight, toolkit, ski bag; even has a net to keep pet/cargo in the back

car is gorgeous, drives tight

I used to think steering-wheel controls for the stereo were a gadget, but man are they fun to use

will post pics hopefully later today

My car was released to the car carrier yesterday. My CA has off on Fridays and I can't take delivery on Saturday so Monday was the earliest.
